Is Crop Siege free?
Yes. The whole campaign, Endless and Boss Rush are free to play, and every level can be beaten without paying. Gems, boosters, skins, the Farm Pass and Remove Ads are optional purchases.
I bought gems or a pack, but I didn't get it.
Make sure you are online and signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account, then close and reopen the game: it finishes any purchase the store has confirmed when it starts. If the payment is still pending (for example Ask to Buy or a slow payment method), the items arrive as soon as the store confirms it. Still missing? Write to us with the date and the store's order number.
How do I restore my purchases on a new phone?
Open the game, tap the gear on the main menu → Restore purchases, using the same store account you bought with. One-time purchases (Starter Pack and Remove Ads) come back. Gems, boosters and other consumable items are used up when spent and are saved only on the device they were bought on.
Where is my progress saved?
On your device. The game saves by itself. Deleting the app deletes your progress, and moving it to another device is not possible yet.
How do ads work?
Some rewards are offered for watching a short video ad, always by your choice (for example a free revive or double gems). From level 6, a full-screen ad may show now and then when a level ends. Any purchase in the game turns those full-screen ads off, and Remove Ads turns them off for good.
What is the Farm Pass?
A 30-day pass bought once: every day while it is active you can claim gems and a booster in the Shop → Offers, and you get the Golden Farm skin. It does not renew by itself.
I'm stuck on a level. Any tips?
Upgrade a few towers instead of building many, place them where roads bend, and specialize your best towers at max level. Plant on the safe soil first, use your hero's skills at night and try a booster before the level. Bosses have weak moments: watch their wind-up and strike with the pitchfork.
Does the game need the internet?
No, it plays offline. Buying, restoring purchases and watching ads need a connection.
Which devices can play it?
Android 7.0 or newer. The iPhone and iPad version is coming soon.
How do I ask for a refund?
Purchases are handled by the stores: on iPhone and iPad at reportaproblem.apple.com, on Android in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history.
